Being part of the PropTech scene in Hong Kong, we started to see that the real estate industry has accelerated its digital transformation in recent months, bringing both challenges and opportunities to the sector. While we are thrilled about the adoption, a lot of PropTech startups found it hard to find support in the ecosystem and the industry at large still resists changes.
